Remember when you started out in your career?  More than likely, you had someone who you came to for advice, for guidance and, more often than not, when you had one of those moments where you got yourself stuck in something and needed to get yourself out.

This is where I hope to pay those people back.  Each little project is something I had to do to solve a real-world problem.  Yes, there are productized solutions that would have worked, and worked well, but I needed a solution that worked without costing me a lot of money.

In days gone by, I would have gone to one of my mentors -- they would have listened and guided -- OK, to tell the truth, they'd have put up with me, and often just shown me how to "do it the right way".

These people were the A-list players.  Today, they're gone.  But, someone out there still needs an answer to a problem and someone to help out.  I may not be an A-list player yet, but what I learn here is available to all.  Hack it, change it, use it. Just remember, now it's your turn to pass it on.
